CrossFit – Insanity or Genius?
I believe that the CrossFit way of fitness is bang on. I know several “fit” folks who have given up on CrossFit for various reasons, the main one being “It’s too hard”.
Yes, the workouts are tough, some could even be labeled as insane(!), but the results are indisputable.
I’m a relative beginner to the CrossFit methodology, and I’m looking for some of the same flat abs and toned physiques that my CrossFit coaches have.. to give it my best shot, I’m also modifying my eating habits to follow more of a Zone diet. Having eaten relatively “clean” prior to this, my goal is to be more focused and disciplined in my nutrition habits.
This blog is about my personal journey with both the physical and nutritional aspect. I welcome advice – and recipes!
